2010 Winners Announced
 The 3rd West Sussex Community Chest Awards were held at the Black Rabbit in Arundel on 14th July. Hall & Woodhouse is supported by partners the West Sussex County Times and Spirit FM, who provide the scheme with publicity, advice and local knowledge. This year the scheme was extended to cover the whole of the West Sussex area and the resulting response was stronger than ever with 200 applications for a total of £286,000 being submitted.
A total of £15,414 was shared out between 29 organisations. The awards ranged from £100 to £1,750 with the highest award going to Crawley Shopmobility, an organisation which provides the use of mobility vehicles to people of any age with permanent or temporary disabilities. The money will be used to purchase a new powerchair with a maximum weight limit of 21 stone.
