Here's the chance to make your own homemade sausages bursting with flavour and marinated in Tanglefoot ale. Delicious grilled and served piping hot with sweet potato puree, fresh chopped rosemary and a dash of chilli. Serves 4 - approx. 8 sausages.
Method:
Mince the beef and marinate it in Tanglefoot ale for 2-21/2 hours. Then add the potato flakes and seasoning
and mix this through with the marinated minced beef.
Next place the mixture in the sausage maker and run out as sausages. Finally, cook the sausages under a preheated moderate grill until browned, check they are cooked through, and serve.
Ingredients:
400g beef
33g potato flakes
33ml Tanglefoot ale
5g seasoning (salt, pepper and herbs)
